Features
The E–HAK was designed so that every hydrant can have a Hydrant Assist Kit.
All models come with wire slots to accommodate either Frost Tek or Easy Heat heat tape.
The E–HAK should be installed above ground level approximately 6 inches to give easy access during the winter. This will allow easy cap removal when repairs are needed.
The E–HAK will not work with the following riser options: copper or schedule 80 pvc. We recommend using schedule 40 plastic and black or galvanized steel pipe. If you need those other riser options in your application use the standard HAK.
Economy HAK's are packaged in the same compact boxes that our regular HAK models are in.
The E–HAK will come with a parts schematic and installation instructions.
the only thing not included with an E–HAK is the riser, 1/2" or larger rock (for drainage), and a 1x4 brass nipple (for the stainless steel staple that comes in the kit for support).
E–HAK 750
An E–HAK 750 fits any standard hydrand with a 3/4" female pipe thread and a 1" stand pipe.
A 750 will fit these models:
Woodford: Y34, W34, X34, R34
Merril: Anyflow 3/4" or Anyflow Brass 3/4", C–1000 and C1000 Brass, M–2000, E–5000, CNL–1000, Y1 & Y2

This size will most likely fit any hydrant bought at a hardware store, as well as hydrants that are manufactured in other countries.
Because there is a 1" inlet hole on every model, it can supply 30 gpm even with a 3/4" outlet hole. The brass coupler comes with a 1" female thread and finishes with a 3/4" male thread for the hydrant or waterline.
The E–HAK 750 is heat tape compatible with both Frost Tek and Easy Heat systems.
The E–HAK 750 shares all the features of the other Hydrant Assist Kits.
E–HAK 1000 fits any standard hydrant with a 1" female pipe thread.
Will work for a Monitor.
The 1000 line will fit these current models: Merrill, Monitor, Clayton Marks, Iowa, Simmons, other hardware store brands and brands made in other countries, but is designed for commercial or industrial use hydrants with 1 1/4" pipe. These hydrants have a 1" inlet at the bottom.

The E–HAK 1000 shares all the features of the other Hydrant Assist Kits.
An E–HAK 1000R is used for Ritchie Watering Systems and is also compatable with any other livestock watering system. It will also fit Ritchie's discontinued hydrant line. It will also fit any other hydrant manufacturers hydrants with a 1" inlet and a 1" stand pipe.
Seppmann Enterprises has developed a fully heated solution for under livestock watering systems. It's a fully assembled E–HAK 1000R with a PVC supply line wrapped in heat tape. Called a Thermal Pipe Package, you can find more information here.
